Athletic Director Jennifer Kuharik 779 - 8511 Jennifer.Kuharik@nocseagles.org     All students participating in athletics must have a sports physical on file the very first day of practice, to attend a clinic or try-out. This is an Ohio Athletic Association state law.  Forms are available to the right or at N.O.M.S.
