The Class of 2016 will be a lot more comfortable on the
first day of their High School experience at North Olmsted thanks to the
mentoring efforts of the Link Crew juniors and seniors.
These high school leaders arrived at 7:00 a.m. on August 16th to get ready
to guide the new freshmen through a day filled with fun, advice on how to make
new friends, a tour of the building, and team-building games.
By the end of the day, students had
their schedules in hand, a mentor, and some tips on how to make the most of
their four years at NOHS.
Did you know that over 1,600,00 students and staff are involved in Link Crew (High School level) and WEB (Middle School level) across the country and they are having a major impact on student behavior and school climate.
Learn more about this dynamic program by viewing a short movie and reading about what the students learned from their mentors.
