Delaney Macke represents Ohio as an Invention League National Finalist

Delaney
Macke - 4th grader at Pine Intermediate School- is going to Washington
D.C. as an Ohio representative with her invention - the "Tricky
Trapper."
Delaney competed in our local Invention League competition and is one of
only 75 students from Ohio (out of 7500 entries) who will compete in
June at the National Invention Convention and Entrepreneurship Expo
(NICEE) held at the U.S. Patent and Trademark office
in Washington D.C.
Delaney's "Tricky Trapper" received high marks for her problem
seeking, researching, designing, engineering and problem solving skills.
We are all very proud of Delaney and send our best wishes for the next
step in the competition. She says the best part about inventing is "the
amazing ways you can change the world around you!"
Here is a link of the video she did explaining what the Tricky Trapper
does. It is very clever and let's hope she does well in June in D.C. !
