Students from Kindergarten through grade 3 chanted, moved, and balanced spinning basketballs while learning or relearning valuable messages--I am important. I can. I will. I won't quit. Listening involves more than just hearing. Make good manners an every day habit. Come to school ready to give your best effort. The energy and participation level in Forest's all-purpose room were high, and pencils, pens, and basketballs were among the prizes given to lucky students to reinforce the important messages.
