PROM ASSEMBLY
Friday, March 21 - 3rd period in the PAC
CAP AND GOWN PICK UP
Jostens will be delivering cap and gowns on Monday, April 14, anyone who can’t pick up on April 14 can stop in the office and see Mrs. Horn starting Tuesday, April 15 from 7:30AM – 3:30PM.
All orders must be paid in full either through Jostens.com, by calling 1 800 JOSTENS (1 800 567-8367), or by cash or money order.
NO CHECKS will be accepted for payment.
See Mrs. Horn when picking up or if you have any questions.

COMMENCEMENT PRACTICE
MANDATORY Commencement practice will be held at 7:00AM on Thursday, May 29
You MUST attend practice to participate in the commencement ceremony
You will receive 8 tickets for your guests at the end of practice.
If you need more than 8 tickets, you will need to ask someone you know if they have extra tickets we will not have any extra tickets
COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
Friday, May 30, 7:00PM at North Olmsted High School Stadium
Students must arrive no later than 6:15PM
RAIN DATES AND TIMES
If the weather is bad, we will reschedule for the following dates and times depending on the weather forecast
Saturday, May 31
11:00AM, 3:00PM, or 6:00PM
Sunday, June 1
1:00PM or 5:00PM
We will communicate the rescheduled time as soon as the decision has been made through email, on the website, and on social media.
