Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

The 24-25 school year is upon us! We are so excited to begin school with your children this year. Along with our excitement, we want to be diligent and focused on student safety at all times. Below are our guidelines for arrival and dismissal at school. We asked all parents to please read closely and follow all instructions. We appreciate your cooperation.

• Students may be dropped off beginning at 7:45am.  The doors open at 7:55am.

• Patience is so important as we begin our school year together. It will take longer to go through arrival and dismissal procedures the first couple weeks of the school year. A few minor adjustments may also be made. I ask for extra patience at this time.

• Attached you will find a map for arrival and dismissal. If you are picking up your child or dropping off your child, please follow the arrows exactly as shown on the map.

• You will not be permitted to turn left into our parking lot off of Lorain Road until September 9th.  All traffic entering our campus needs to come from the eastern direction (from Barton Road area) on Lorain Road. This is to limit traffic congestion on Lorain Road.  If you live east of our school towards Stearns Road,  drive west on Lorain Road towards Dairy King and turn around.  Then just get in line.  Beginning September 9th, you may turn left into our parking lot.   

• You will receive 2 car tags for your vehicles if you are picking up your child. Make sure they are visible. You have an extra one to put in a second car or give to another family member who may be picking up. You may also share it with someone if you are choosing to carpool.  Make sure they are visible in your windshield for us to see.

• WALKERS - Meet your child at the designated walking zone marked on the MAP.
