Dan Rahm was appointed on January 22, 2024 to fill the vacant seat that became available in December 2023. Rahm’s appointment fills the vacant spot through calendar year 2025.Rahm has 20 years of working in public education. He is currently the Director of Student Services for Wellington Exempted Village School District. His previous experience includes serving as a Principal at Brookside Intermediate School, Assistant Principal at Brookside Intermediate School and an Intervention Specialist at Heritage South Elementary School in Avon.
He is a 1996 graduate of North Olmsted High School. In 2017 he was appointed to serve on North Olmsted City Council, filling the remaining nine months of a vacant term for Ward 2. Rahm has also served on the North Olmsted Building and Zoning Board of Appeals.
