Terry Groden Earns OSBA Star Award for Service

NOCS is proud to share that Terry Groden, Board of Education member was recognized with the OSBA Star Award for Service at the regional meeting of the Ohio School Boards Association. This distinguished award honors board members who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to public education and board leadership. The Service Award is earned by accumulating 150 points within a three-year period through active involvement at the local, regional, and state levels. Points are awarded for service on school boards, participation in OSBA committees, and leadership roles both within the district and across the association.

Notably, this recognition is not something board members apply for—recipients are identified and notified once they have reached this significant milestone, making it a true reflection of sustained dedication and service.

Congratulations to Terry Groden on this well-deserved honor and your continued leadership, advocacy, and commitment to our students, staff, and community.
